I'm leaving for Maui in two days! Hooray! It will be my first trip back to Hawaii without Liane since 2000. "Without Liane?!" you ask incredulously? Well for those of you who don't know, Liane just got back from FIVE weeks in China studying acupuncture with an OCOM group. So yeah, she needs some downtime, and I need an adventure! It's my turn! :)
My mom just relocated to Maui from the Big Island in September, and my sister Chochi has been living there for a couple years already. I've got an ambitious two-week itinerary planned (of course, you know me!), so I hope you visit this blog often and share in my adventures.
Until then, Liane and I are enjoying our precious 3 days together, and I couldn't ask for better Portland Fall weather to enjoy it in!

Wow Leila, I am so jealous now, do you have extra room in your luggage for a little person like me ;), I like your preparation for winter idea :).
